Thank you so much for that recipe, my entire family and me thank you, it's excellent.
I bake all the bread we eat, we do not buy bread at all and I use to try new ideas from time to time. Your bread looks so good I had to try it and it was a success.
We live in Israel and have some hard period, we hope so much we can live in peace after these hard days of war.
Thanks again!!

oh that really inspires me to make bread at home. i started with dough again a couple weeks ago beginning a friday night home-made pizza night, and made ww crust. now i might have to bake my own sandwich bread too. my fav sandwich is chicken salad with fresh baby greens and sliced tomatoes.

Absolutely too good not to share -- thanks for sending it to YeastSpotting! My favorite sandwich might be a "BLT" with spinach instead of lettuce and soft goat cheese instead of mayo. On toast.

I'm a sucker for dense, perfectly solid sandwich loaves of bread.
What's in my favourite sandwich? Probably a slice of good cheese, tomatoes and fresh basil, all fitted snugly in between two generous slices of freshly baked homemade bread. Yum.
Thanks for sharing your Aunt Becky's recipe :)
